THE JOURNEY
A route with room for you.
This five-day touring idea takes you out of Barcelona towards the Costa Brava, balancing time on the shoreline with inland roads. It suits riders who want a coastal holiday with character rather than a long daily mileage target. Stay flexible around popular towns, especially in peak holiday periods.
This is an original planning outline for a tailored trip, not a road-verified track or a fixed-price departure. The final roads, distances, overnight stops and services are confirmed in your proposal.
Your suggested itinerary
Day 1 · Barcelona departure
Collect the motorcycle and plan a manageable departure stage. Keep major city sightseeing for a day without motorcycle luggage.
Days 2–3 · Coastal character
Choose selected coastal sections around Tossa de Mar and continue north if the pace suits. A Cadaqués extension needs its own time allowance.
Day 4 · Girona & the inland alternative
Turn inland for a different riding day and a town stop. A shorter stage can be more rewarding than retracing a busy coastal road.
Day 5 · Return to Barcelona
Allow time for traffic, fuel and the return inspection. Add a night if your flight timetable would make the final day hurried.
Make the plan fit the rider.
Summer coastal traffic can substantially change riding time. Dates and daily pacing matter more than the headline distance.
Tell us if you travel with a passenger, prefer shorter riding hours or want an extra night in one place. We can discuss changes before an itemised quote is agreed. Navigation format, hotel parking and support contacts are part of the planning conversation.
